Nijnsky, Jane Mayer -vs- Kwesta

I was listening to NPR: World: Jane Mayer: The Risks Of A Remote-Controlled War

A transcript section that struck interest.

"The program; It's very unusual that the CIA is killing people at all, it's usually the Millitary... and because the program is covert it's invisible to the to the United States; the government won't talk about it, they won't say who's in charge, who pulls the trigger, who pulls the trigger, who's on the target list, where the battlefield is, when is it okay to kill people, and won't reveal the names and numbers they've killed or wounded. In many ways it's a secret war.

"Push Button War" represent a new and geographically unbounded saint-sanction legal force: Before September 11, 2001 the US was on the record was apposed to targeted killing (i.e. Ho Chin Minh) assassination is under our laws is illegal, but after 9/11 we just changed our mood about this and started to set up our own target killing program.

"Geographically unbounded" under the CIA rules; they can target a terrorist suspect virtually anywhere in the world, if they wanted to, and they say they can do it legally. So, they could kill someone in Mexico City or Streets of London, and the could do it with an Aerial Drown legally according to their interpretation of the law. World is a battlefield. They have to be treating to America's Defense."

In comparison to Kwesta. It's just small beans! It's just small gossip in a big city. Yet is shocking to an individual cause it's within their effective world. This lady is talking about conspiracy with the CIA! ...Government Level!
